1. What are your current long-term goals?
2. In what ways did your PLE and the professionals whom you met shape your future long-term career goals?

1. List the 3 jobs and organizations that you identified in Phase 2.
2. How do the 3 jobs and organizations that you identified fit with your goals?
3. How might the professional associations identified in Phase 2 support your goals?

CMP Part 3: Skill Development and Learning Plan

For this section, revisit your Career Management Tracking Tool, and answer the following questions:

1. List 3 skill areas that you will need to develop further to successfully meet your goals.
2. What is your plan and time line to develop these skills further?
