Choose one of the characters from the assigned play "Fences". Discuss an appropriate costume for this character, using information you have gleaned from the text.

Think about appropriateness, color, shape, fabric, and accessories. Accessories will include jewelry, belts, shoes and so on. Be sure to provide a rationale from the text for your choices. The rationale and how you connect your choices to quotations from the play will be the key to a good grade. Although content is going to be primary, organization, spelling, and grammar are also important.

You should use this as an opportunity to show off your ability to think clearly, precisely, and logically, as well as write elegantly!
