Censorship Assignment Paper

We have looked at a number of examples of songs, shows, and topics that has e been banned or censored. There are arguments on why a specific item should or should not be censored, now you will have to create your own argument.

Creating Your Argument

You will need to pick either something that has not been banned or censored and argue why it should be OR pick something that has been banned or censored that you think should not be. You must logically defend your stance. You may use examples from the materials (articles, clips, etc) and your personal experience to support your claims. At least one of the main articles you have read ("Pornography, Obscenity and the Case for Censorship" OR "The Ubiquitous Censor") should be directly used in your argument.

You are writing this paper for a general, academic audience. This means you are writing specifically and formally. Your paper should present a sophisticated and thought-provoking definition. Revise, read aloud, and make your writing "tighter."
