Being an Administrator Health

Being successful has different meaning s depend on what you focus on. For me success in anything you set your mind to realize in the future, a desire, and a goal that you are dreaming about. My first goal was based on a desire to live in the United States where the opportunities for success stand a greater chance of coming to fruition. After observing a sad delivery in one of the Hospital in my country (Haiti), I made up my mind to become an administrator health, another dream associate with the first one. I accomplished this goal and I am currently studying the requisite courses that lead me towards the sciences courses I need that degree for. There have been three challenges that I have faced in my endeavors to become a successful administrator health.

I observe in my country when I was 10 years old, something so sad and so grievous that it rented my heart. It was when a pregnant woman who was in labor rushed to the hospital to deliver the baby, but there was no doctor available at that time to help her. Though she got safely to the Hospital, there was no medical assistance or doctors to attend to her need. She went into labor and the child was trapped in the process, and she suffered, and suffered, after a few hours of suffering she passed away.

I cannot even being to explain the excruciating pain I felt. I was frozen I stood and something deep inside of cried out. "What can you do"? And it was like a light bulb that went on inside my head, and from that moment on, I felt the urge to study to become an administrator and implant that hospital so I can make a difference in the lives of people, who are in needs like that pregnant women. At 17 of age, I graduated from high school in my country with honor.

Months after my graduation I got into the administration school where I spent 4 years, It wasn't easy task, I spent nights without sleeping and sometimes I did not even have time to eat because my desire was to see that Hospital building. I wanted to continue with my education which was interrupting by coming to America.

I come for a large family of sisters and brothers who are either qualified as doctor and nurses, or who are pursuing the field of medicine. My sister is in the process to become a doctor. I already have two sisters that are registered nurse, one of my brothers is an engineer , and another is architect that can work on the design and structure of the hospital, I have two other brothers that already are in the science of technology, responsible for the installation of  the new technology system at the hospital .and others responsible for buying the materials that we need for the Hospital and so one.

I am confident That with my educational achievements and the support and input from my family members, we will be able to build that Hospital and help Haiti to recover from extreme poverty as well as the devastation of the earthquake that also destroyed my country infrastructure.

For me America is one of the greatest countries in the world, Country of opportunities. When I came in the United States, I thought thing will be better for me, Unfortunately, I endured thing that I had never endure before. English was one of my barriers, but it this not any more. I go to school, one of the ten best colleges in USA, starting with my career, now, here I am on my way to pursue my dream. Being successful is not an easy thing, but determination and wiliness are those going to help me accomplish my goal. For me I am blessed! Coming to America and be an administer health were goals. I was an administrator in my country, and I am one too in United States.
