Assignment

1. Select a character from Julius Caesar to design a campaign poster either FOR or AGAINST. (Julius Caesar, Brutus, Cassius, Antony)

2. Create a slogan that captures this character's point of view and desires for the Roman Republic.

3. Use ONE MODE OF PERSUASION.

4. Create a campaign poster that is both eye-catching and informative.

Poster size: A3

5. Write a ONE-PAGE rationale that

a. Describes WHO you are representing and HOW.

b. Explains the forms of rhetoric used (Why did you choose a particular mode of persuasion? How do you think it was effective? What audience is this poster targeting? How do you foresee the audience responding? What do you think the opposition's response will be?)

6. BE CREATIVE!
