Read the following scenario for a driver working in Careem organization. After that, answer the questions based on your understanding.

Brief information about Careem organization:

Careem is a multinational transportation network company operating an app-based car booking service company based in Dubai. Riders can make requests for immediate or later scheduled pick-ups through the Careem phone app. As of March 2016, Careem is available in 11 countries and over 40 cities in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region. Careem was co-founded by Mudassir Sheikha and Magnus Olsson , who had both worked as management consultants at McKinsey & Company and started operating in July 2012. It was started as a website-based service for corporate car bookings, and evolved to become an app targeting individuals looking to book a local car hire for everyday use. In 2014, the company merged with a Saudi-based home delivery service company and the founder, Abdulla Elyas joined Careem.

Scenario:

Rami is a 21-year college student. He joined Careem team to have additional income, since working as a driver in Careem depends on your time availability. This flexibility in the working hours is perfect for Rami because he is a student and he can't have a job with fixed working hours. On his first day, Rami and other new drivers attended something like an orientation day in which they were given a presentation about Careem services and rules.

They learned how to use the application and how to deal with the customers in details. In the presentation, they told them that at Careem, our mission is to simplify the lives of people and to build an awesome institution that inspires! We put people at the heart of our purpose and we want to WOW them with every interaction. We believe there is only one way to do this and that is to attract exceptionally talented people such as you who are aligned with the mission of the organization and make them partners in success. Some people think of someone driving others as a lower job, a "driver" but at Careem the definition is totally different. You are a "captain" you are the leader of your own car, and what you are offering is more than driving someone. A "captain" in the common meaning is someone who is responsible for his own crew, and taking care of them. This job actually makes people look up to you because many women and men face problems and have issues with taxi drivers, and some are not even safe. So, basically you are also offering security and peacefulness to your customers. Your customers will make you feel important, because you are. They told them also that there is a 24/7 professional call answering service specified only for Careem captains in case they want or need any help.

Rami was amazed and Careem surprises kept coming. On that day, he met the CEO by chance in the main office and greeted him by saying: "Hi! Mr. Elyas. I am a new driver in Careem". The CEO smiled at him, shook his hand and told him that in Careem, no one uses titles. They just call each other by first name because all Careem employees are one team and no one is higher than the other. That incident made Rami feel that he belongs to the company from his very first day. He entered the company as a new driver and went out of it as a partner of success.
