• On the basis of the information given in the case, assess Jim and Rosa's current long-term care needs.
• What type of living and care arrangements would you recommend? Why?
• If the couple moved into a nursing home, do you feel the culture change would be more challenging to this couple because they are immigrants? (Please describe your answer.) 
• There are five personal domain areas (security, safety, wayfinding, autonomy, privacy) and three public domain areas (compatibility, dining, and socializing) associated with living in a long-term care environment. Choose two from each category and discuss how Jim and Rosa might view these as compared to a non-immigrant.
