Assignment

Each response should answer the following:

1. Argument: What was the author's primary argument?

2. Example: Describe in detail 1 example used by the author that most persuasively demonstrate their argument.

3. Analysis: How does this primary source contribute to your understanding of topics covered in lecture? How does this piece affect your understanding of race in 21st century America?

4. Perspective: Finally, share your perspective. What did you find most interesting about the piece and why?
