The paper calls for the creation of a sample profit and loss statement. The P&L will be for any month you choose in 2018. You will use the business you selected in Assignment #2 to complete this P&L. You must forecast the estimated revenue and all relevant expenses for the month (salaries, rent, phone, internet, uniforms, supplies, product costs, etc.) and forecast a bottom line cash position (positive, negative, or break-even). You must write a narrative listing all the assumptions you are using to develop your P&L. The overall assignment will be submitted in Word. The P&L and supporting graphs (at least one is needed) will need to be exported into the final paper.

Assumptions:

Below is a list of all assumptions that I made to complete my project in real time scenario:

1. My project will be presented in 4 different sessions a month, either in the same hospital or different hospital depends on the demand. All 4 sessions will contain the same information.

2. Each session will have a capacity of 50 attendees only, and can't exceed that to insure the proper training for each individual

3. I will have up to 25 personalized packages to market during each session, which will be priced at $150.00. This package will include a weekly virtual session with the client to insure his/her progress and provide the support needed to successfully reach their target.

4. Rent, the hospital will be offering the space for each session complementary in return of clients succeeding in reaching their target. Their vision in 5 years tol sponsor the program to be utilized in all medical institutions, to reduce death rate due to obesity (adding the program name).

5. Uniform, we don't require a uniform. But there is a formal dress code.

6. Develop the "Shed Your Fat" smart Application, This application will be utilized by our staff members and clients to exchange ideas, thoughts, results, questions, and built the healthy competition among them for better results.
