Assignment:  Write a paper to discuss the balance of privacy, paying close attention to the current affect this has on the classroom environment (both on-ground and in the e-learning environment) and the "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act."

Include the following in your paper:

(a) A table showing the balance of privacy between; what is important to protect the educational institution and abide by laws and; the expectations for privacy,

(b) You can use Exhibit 13.1, The Privacy Balance: Relevant Considerations, found on page 453 in the text as an example,

(c) Include your professional opinion on the privacy issue and any personal examples or experiences you have had with this issue as it relates to education.
