Then, download the Instructions Template, and use it to write a set of instructions for using the English 202 Grade Prediction Spreadsheet:

• Use only the styles provided in the template:

o Title style for the title.
o Body Text style for body text.
o Heading 1 style for headings.
o List Number style for steps.
o Illustration style for the screenshots you add following each step.
o Header style for the page header.
o Footer style for the page footer.

• Do NOT add add step numbers, such as Step 1, Step 2, . . . . List Number style is already set up to provide step numbers.

• Add a screenshot after each step to illustrate what the reader should be seeing. Focus on showing the reader what he or she should be seeing. Be concise.

• Place each image in-line with the text.

• Add steps for the following actions:

o For downloading the spreadsheet, assume the reader already has Blackboard open to English 202. Explain the following:

1. Where on Blackboard the link to the grade spreadsheet can be found.
2. How to activate the download.
3. How to select the location to which the file is downloaded.

o For opening the spreadsheet, explain the following:

1. Where to find the downloaded spreadsheet.
2. How to open the spreadsheet.
3. What the reader should see when the spreadsheet is open.
