Conduct an internal analysis of the company with particular emphasis on the relationship between the strategic capabilities and competitive advantage of the company.

Identify and critically discuss whether analytical techniques and models could assist the board in developing a new strategy for the company.

Critically discuss the execution challenges that the company will face in relation to your proposed strategy.
