Assignment 1: Oman History

Aim To provide the student with good understanding of Omani history and evolution, people of Oman and their culture and heritage

A. Knowledge and understanding of the topic

This is the factual foundation of the assignment. The essential facts should be accurate and broad enough in their scope to allow further application.

B. Application and analysis of the topic (Module specific Skill)

1.Gain knowledge and understanding on early oasis, settlement and evolution of Oman(according to maps, shapes, educational trips)

2.Appreciate and understand the establishment and growth of the Islam in Oman. ( analysis the letter of the Prophet Muhammad to Omanis / discussion).

3.Gain knowledge of global and regional influences on Omani evolution( analysis His Majesty Sultan Qaboos International /external Affairs policy (References facts& discussion).

C.The structure in terms of logic and coherence

Submissions should have a clear start and a clear end. Information within submissions should also be logical and well grouped.Report structure, Abstract, Introduction & Referencing, Result Analysis, and Conclusion& Future works.
