As the method of communicating with others transfers from one-to-one communication to the flat world platform where there is convergence of the personal computer, with fiber-optic cable, with work flow software ( which enables individuals all over the world to collaborate regardless of the distance between them), the knowledge of the world cultures and their communication patterns is critical."
