Antonio is a simple minded carpenter. He bought a shipment of external drywall panels (12 ft x 4 ft) that he wants to use for building new houses in a new development. He does not want to cut them, which means his houses will have a precise relationships between height, width, and depth. Zoning regulations require that homes should not be smaller than 900 ft^2 and not taller than 2 stories. Antonio is trying to build a relationship between number of panels, shape, and square footage of the new homes he can build, as a way to optimize his gains and more fairly price his houses. (Note that the goal is a mathematical relationship, or function, not a single optimum answer per se).

How could I help Antonio toward his goal?
