Alexander the Great is famous for his great military prowess conquering most of the known world. He is also known as a multiculturalist combining elements of the western and eastern worlds. It got me wondering.

Who does Alexander remind you most of in world history? I can think of several people in history who are famous for conquering large areas of the world but I thought it was also important to consider who is known for combining many elements and creating a "new" society.
