Research organizational employee grievance procedures. You can use the Internet, Virtual Library, or other resources to obtain information. After information is gathered, answer the following problems: 

1) Provide a summary of the organization's grievance procedures. 
2) After reviewing the information concerning grievance procedures from the textbook, do the grievance procedures for the chosen organization follow appropriate guidelines as outlined in the chapter? How are the procedures the same/different?
