A system consists of an ideal monatomic gas initially at temperature 300.0 K, volume 4.000 L, and pressure 4.000 bar. For each of the following processes, calculate the final values of T, P, V, q, w, ?U, and ?H. Show your work and make a table of the results. The initial state of the system is the same for each part (they aren't done sequentially).

(a) Constant volume heating to a final temperature of 500.0 K.

(b) Constant pressure heating to a final temperature of 500.0K, with the gas expanding against an external pressure of 4.000 bar.

(c) Isothermal expansion against an external pressure of 1.000 bar to a final pressure of 1.000 bar. (e) Reversible isothermal expansion to a final pressure of 1.000 bar. (d) Adiabatic expansion against an external pressure of 1.000 bar to a final volume of 6.000 L.
