A 200-300 word paragraph in which you evaluate President Reagan and Oprah Winfrey for the characteristics of an effective public speaker.

Be sure to identify what makes each of them an effective public speaker. Is it their speech content and organization? Is it their voice quality or gestures? What stands out and what do you like the most?

How are the theories of ethos, pathos, and logos evident in the two speeches?

You might decide that one, or both, of these speakers does not possess the characteristics of an effective public speaker. If that is the case, please explain why. Be sure to reference this week's Learning Resources.

Include at least one reference to your textbook as you evaluate each speaker, for a total of two references in this paragraph.
