1. Select one of the five areas of OPC noted in this week's lecture, and discuss how activities in this area will or could affect PAC. Why do you feel this way? Discuss how or if MRP and JIT affect PAC differently. Do you view these impacts as positive or negative? Why? Do you view the impacts that MRP & JIT has on PAC as positive or negative? And why do you say so? What does the textbook describe as the optimum scenario or manufacturing environment to use MRP? Also, what would be the optimum scenario or manufacturing environment to use JIT?
