2) Analyze and explain why it is important for management to provide employees with continuous formal and informal feedback-whether it be positive or critical/constructive.

Analyze and explain how communication affects the decision making process within an organization.  Additionally discuss how poor organizational communication affects the decision making process within an organization.  Give examples.

4) Understanding Conflict Resolution

Analyze and explain the importance of understanding conflict resolution and describe what part communication plays in this process.  Discuss a situation in your life where you experienced conflict on the job and what you did to resolve it.  Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently?

5) Organizational Structure

Compare and contrast the strengths of the various organizational structures and explain which organizational structure you would work best in and why.  Which organizational structure would be difficult for you to work in?  Do you have a work experience you could share with the class?

6) Corporate Culture

Analyze and describe corporate culture and its importance within an organization. What are some potential ramifications for an organization having a negative culture? Please explain your answer.

7) Managing Change

Evaluate and defend why managing change within an organization is essential to the productivity of the business.
