This is my Problem Statement

My goal is to make the necessary changes to make MacDonald's more marketable, more profitable, customers satisfaction total redesign of all our stores, better inventory management, improvement in the way our stores are managed.

As of today, not all our MacDonald's offer fantastic service and good marketable strategies that will keep our business up and running to compete with other restaurants and the demand of customers' expectations.

Our information management and design team is struggling to obtain ways to put MacDonald's at the top of the competition. For example, how can we obtain faster service when people are going through the drive thru or when they come inside to buy something.

The problem with this, is that sometimes people do not know what they want or people must wait on their order after making their purchase.
