Write down a program which declares a MonthlyBudget structure with the member variables in order to hold each of these expense categories. The program must generate two MonthlyBudget structure variables. The first will hold budget figures specified above. The second will be passed to the function that has the user enter the amounts actually spend in each budget category during the past month. The program must then pass both the structure variables to a function which shows a report indicating amount over or under budget the student spend in each category, as well as the amount over or under for the whole monthly budget.
