What layers are covered under end to end layer connectivity?

The layers 4 to 7 of ISO-OSI reference model communicate along with peer entities into the end systems. There is no communication along with entities into the intermediate systems. It means that, layers 4 to 7 are frequently termed as end-to-end layers. Therefore the names are: Transport layer, Session layer, Presentation layer and Application layer correspondingly.
