it is a short, sham, concise document which is written for a particular purpose and audience.
it is an analyses a situation or problem, often making recommendations for future action.
it is a factual report and needs to be clear and well-structured.
it is a systematic, well organized document which defines and analyses a subject or problem and may include:
• record of an events
• interpretation of the significance events or facts
• evaluation of facts
• results of research presented
• discussion of outcomes
• course of action
