Suppose we are building a family of computers from the same microprocessor. The first model consumes too much power. We want a new computer to consume one-quarter of the power of the first computer. Assume that this is possible by reducing the voltage and frequency at which we run the microprocessor in the second computer; also, the frequency of the processor is proportional to the voltage at which it is run. Considering only dynamic power, what will be the ratio of the frequency of the second processor to the first one?
