The civil rights law that prohibits Marwan's conduct is the chapter VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This law prohibits any form of discrimination against any worker based upon sex. Marwan's conduct of threatening to get the fellow worker fired just because she refused to submit to his sexual desire. This is a violation of this chapter of the Civil Rights Act. This act therefore is a sexual harassment and it is a discrimination based upon sex.

These laws do not extend to his conduct towards the park guests as they may be protected by other laws. The chapter VII of the Civil Rights Act is very clear that it deals with the protection of employees and the park guests do not fall under the park employees. The laws call upon the employers to protect their employee against any form of discrimination based upon sex in forms like firing of employees, hiring of employees, promotion to the employees and other forms of opportunities because of sex.

Marwan committed sexual harassment because he grabbed the breast of a fellow actor which is against this chapter of the Civil Rights Act. He went ahead and threatened the fellow act after this act that he would get her fired because she refused to comply to his needs and she stood firm to fight for her right. He committed hostile work environment type of sexual harassment. This is a form of sex discrimination as the civil law protects any employee against any form of this discrimination based upon sex. It is with this regard that Marwan,s act is a sexual harassment.

Marwan's employment contract is legally terminated based on his conduct against a fellow actor. He has committed hostile work environment harassment which is a form of sexual harassment on the grounds for legal action since his conduct was unwelcome by the fellow actor and she considered it severe enough to create an offensive work environment. His conduct has elements that could assist the court in analysis of the standards for sex harassment. These conducts include the fact that grabbing the breasts is a physical sexual harassment and the fact that the conduct was patently offensive. Marwan is therefore terminated legally and its a good reaction from the company in protecting its employees against sexual harassment. Therefore he has not been terminated due to his disability as he claims.
