The Bureau of Labor Statistics Web site, http://www.bls.gov/ , is a wealth of information on a number of HR topics. Its vastness, although impressive in scope, can also be intimidating for new users. Using the Data Tools tab (or any other location in the site), find at least one example of a dataset you feel would be most helpful in comparing metrics for an organization you are familiar with. For example, safety records, benefit plans data, or area wage comparisons. Describe the data you identified (with its source) and why you think this data would be useful.

The initial post should be succinct, have at least 150 words, and demonstrate critical analysis and precision in writing.
