For this assignment create a system model document for your project. The model should be prepared using Microsoft Word and an appropriate diagramming tool for the diagrams.
Your document should include the following:
- A title page
- A summary of the project
- At least 2 ERDs and narratives describing the ERDs
- The ERDs should be prepared using proper Unified Modeling Language (UML) syntax for such diagrams.
- Your narratives should describe the model, and also justify the approach taken to model the system.
- A discussion of any potential problems identified from the modeling process and modifications made to address the issues
- A final closing summary of the plan
This document should be of sufficient length to adequately represent your project model. Diagrams for this project can be prepared using any appropriate diagramming tool, but all diagrams must be copied and pasted into your Word document for submission.
Adhere to APA formatting and reference guidelines when writing your response. Additionally, your response should be free of grammatical errors, use complete sentences, and give specific details to support statements.

Unit: Producing the Design
Poorly designed systems often do not achieve the intended goals. The proper design of inputs, outputs and interfaces play a key roll in system success. The goal of the design phase is to create an interface that is intuitive, logical, and easy to use while achieving the operational goals for the system.
For this project, you will submit a System Design document in Word that includes the following:
- A title page
- A business letter introducing the contents of the document
- A visual representation of your system interface. You can prepare this using a drawing package and embed the graphic or Word's drawing features. Your interface should include the main screen of your solution and show the main features.
- A summary of the proposed program operation
- Describe how you incorporated user-centered design in your interface. Why is this important?
Your document should be a minimum of 2-3 pages in length (excluding the title page and business letter) and neatly formatted.
