Calculate the TimeOutInterval for TCP. Assume the observed SampleRTTs for the first three packets are 2 seconds, 5 seconds, and 8 seconds.

The value of a=0.25 and the "safety margin" is 0.5 seconds. The initial value for EstimatedRTT is 2 seconds. Please show your work and explain your steps leading to the solution.
