A. A group report detailing the proposed logical system for the transport management described.

The forknving must be included in the report:

1. A Process Model comprising of
- A statement of aim and objectives of the system
- A Context Diagram

A set of Dataflow diagrams of level-1 and Level-2 depicting the current system including
- External entity definitions
- Datallow descriptions
- Data store contents
Process descriptions

2. A Data Model detailing the data nucture reguLred to support the current reformation and process requirements comprising of:
- An Entity Relabonship Diagram
- Entity Descriptions
- Appropriate:attributes for each entity imitating primary and fore?n
- Sperafy the optionallty, cardinarity and nature of the relationships between entities

3. Class Diagram
- identify tne main classes and represent these in a UML dais diagram
- Identify methods and attributes for each class in the class diagram
- Identify reabcristips between classes

4. Construct a High - Level Use Case Diagram
- Identify main actors
Identify main functions

5. Additional marks will be awarded for the professionalism of the report, is presentation and format, and adherence to reporting standards.

B. A formal group presentation portraying the key points within your investigations and report.

The presentation should focus on identifying the requirements of the business and on identifying possible solutions. Each group has two students. Each student's contribution should be identified by using their presentation and answering questions. The presentation duration should be a minimum of 10 minutes

You are required to provide a professional, coordinated presentation, using conventional presentation software. Each members of the group presenting as weftas the tutorial group must attend the presentation. All students must participate in the presentation. Failure to do so will result In no marks being recorded for either report or presentation, unless extenuating circumstances occur and are upheld.

Zewawl Group Transport Management System

Zawawl Group is one of the top group companies in the Sultanate of Oman. This company has different operations across the country. The group company has a subsidiary company Zawawl transport LL.C. which caters to the transport requirements of the group. This company owns a fleet of vehicles, which includes truck, buses, cars and vans. The trucks are used to transport the goods to various places, and the buses are used to pick up employees at various factory locations. Some cars are given to employees for their daily use, end some are used to pick up customers and visitors. The vans are used as pick up for local goods movement at various factories. There are five departments In Transport Company namely the Purchase Department, the Administration Department, the Finance. Department, the Customer Care Department and the Vehicles Servicing Department the following are activates of each department.

Purchase Department:- The purchase department submits the audit expenses of the previous year on the basis of which me budget is allocated, the budget includes cost towards the purchase of new cars, spare parts, salaries to the employees and other administrative costs. The budget takes into account the revenue from the sets of old vehicles. The purchase department purchases the new vehicles, gets them registered and hand over to the administration for use. The finance department settles the bill. Administration Department:- The administration department allocates the vehicles for the usages. These vehicles are located at the various offices and factories. The vehicles are identified by unique registration numbers. A unique employee number identifies a driver in the company
- Finance Department:- The finance department records each vehicle, Its current value, replacement value, date of purchase, warranty details etc. This department is more responsible for settling bills for the vehicles which are already purchased by the purchase- department, serviced by the vehicles servicing department, payment towards drivers etc.
- 'Vehicles Servicing Department- The service department is responsible for giving regular services to each vehicle. If the vehicles are involved in accidents, details of repairs carried out are recorded. This department also maintains the inventory of parts used frequently for servicing.

Customer Care Department:- This department maintains all details about the customer problems to store in the database and they send the details to the service department to fulfill the customer needs. The customer can also enquire about their vehicles and services. The customer care staff gives the feedback form to the customer about the performance of the company in order to improve their services.
