Suppose a bet was larger than $1, say $4, how might the bet() function take this into consideration in deciding the size of the bet? Modify bet() (in Section 9.7) so that bets are integers, but utilize a standard bet size. What impact does this change have on other functions, e.g., winnings ()? Is there a need to modify any of the earlier code?
