You will be assigned a Search Engine or Subject Directory.

Part 1 - Answer the questions in outline form about the Search Engine or Subject Directory that you were assigned. (1-2 pages max.)

3. Tell me about the company itself. Who owns it? How long they have they been in business? etc.....

4. What is their philosophy or mission statement?

5. Research what the Search Engine or Subject Directory does best or list the Advantages.

6. List the Disadvantages.

7. Give search tips on your Search Engine or Subject Directory.

8. List Special Features of this Search Engine or Subject Directory.

9. In your opinion, do you think this is a good search tool?

Part 2 - Choose a topic, keyword, subject, or phrase to research with your assigned search engine. Describe how the search went with your topic Describe the different features that your search engine or subject directory offers.
