Troubleshooting DNS Records-

you have been hired to decide cause of e-mail and Web site outages at a local company, Bender Technology. Bender Technology owns public domain of bentech.net.

Which it uses to get e-mail and host its Web site. Bender Technology's network is associated to Internet by a router and firewall with FQDN of FW.bentech.net. Use utilities for troubleshooting DNS to decide why mail destined for bentech.net is not arriving at the network. Your answer has to include the DNS errors and issues that you find along with changes necessary to route mail correctly.
