Angel does not really see the need for this ‘little' phone since she has her own phone, a classic red phone with an analogue dial mechanism.

Angel likes to use her current phone to call her three children and her four favourite grand children. She also has written next to her phone, numbers such as the police station, her doctor and the fire services. Due to her age, it does happen that she drops object and has recently broken her transistor radio in that way.

(a) Create scenarios of usage ‘Angel' is likely to perform with the mobile phone.

(b) Give a preliminary design for the mobile phone explaining how it is optimized for this persona in these scenarios.
