The question is, under what circumstances this would be appropriate, if at all? Prepare a report in which you list and explain the situations that you feel are appropriate for copying a graphic image from the Web.

(b) Explain what are video and graphic in multimedia applications. Describe how they are produced and their importance.

(i) In your own words briefly state the formats available for image files on the web.

(ii) Describe clearly what you understand by a lossy compression.

(iii) A JPEG image has a color depth of 24-bit and a resolution of 300 dpi. Describe clearly the difference between color depth and output resolution.
