If the authors have conducted a simulation, you can mention that in the introduction, however, you do not have to define the details here.

Problem Definition: Discuss the details of the problems introduced by the authors in this section.

Background: Discuss the literature review done by the authors in this section. Usually in every paper the authors discusses previous research works.

Methodology: Discuss the authors' methodology to design the solution of the proposed problem.

Simulation Discussion/ Result Analysis: Discuss the experiment setup, experiment description and result analysis in this section.

Conclusion: Provide a summary of the entire paper here. You can discuss limitations and your own opinion about the paper here as well.

Requirement 2: Your paper review must be at least two pages long. The only acceptable font size is "Calibri size 10". Your font size cannot be any bigger or smaller than this. Your text must not have any extra spaces between lines. Each new paragraph can be separated with exactly one empty line. You can consider this page as a sample of required font, size and paper organization guide. You will have a 40% penalty if your paper review does not conform the composition rule.
