Your supervisor has asked you to create an FFBD diagram, showing the first level flow of functional requirements for a passenger going to the Wilshire-Vermont Metro station, parking their vehicle, boarding the subway, and taking it to the proposed Beverly Hills Robertson Boulevard station, and getting off there. Again, you only need to show the first level of the FFBD (e.g. blocks with 1.0, 2.0, etc, level details). Be sure to use both an action verb and a descriptive noun in each of your block titles...

Question 3: You are a general contractor/civil engineer, running a private home construction business that specializes in designing and then building custom, high priced/expensive homes. Kim Kardashian (yes, THAT Kim Kardashian) has contracted you to build an 8500 square foot custom home for her and her husband, Kanye West. There is a potential issue, however, in that Kim's prior husband, Kris Humphries, is owed $300,000 by Kim, due to a personal loan that she made to him during the time that they were married (2011 to 2013).. The loan comes due in the next 120 days, and that will directly conflict with the required, non-refundable deposit you require to start the construction of Kim and Kanye's new home...

Identify two (2) risks that you can foresee emerging from this financial issue, that you as the contractor must handle. Be sure to use proper risk statement formatting (e.g., an antecedent and consequence for each risk item).
