Question - Design a wastewater OR water treatment plant for a "typical city" in the United States, assuming a "medium" concentration of all wastewater constituents.

For either task, you must provide a plant schematic (sketch is OK) identifying the unit processes involved, and provide calculations that would lead to the design of each unit process. Summarize plant operations with a short narrative essay.
