Project Introduction:

This course has a comprehensive two-part project. In this project, you will go through a case study and answer some questions by applying the concepts covered in the course.

In Project Part 1, you will answer questions on the use of information systems as a business strategy to achieve a competitive advantage. In addition, you will suggest changes in the information systems of the Web site discussed in the case study. In Project Part 2, you will answer the questions on database technology, ethical and social issues raised by information systems, and the use of information systems in enhancing the decision-making process and achieving customer intimacy.
