We have been begun to consider Distributed Application Architecture (DAA). While the topic may still feel quite new, what are your initial thoughts about advantages and disadvantages of DAA?

Consider such things as:

• Ease of implementation
• Efficiency and performance gains
• Volume of data concerns
• Security issues
• Synchronization of distributed data
