Hint: You must not use a single delay routine for the one second delay because that will not allow for persistence of vision. The displays need to be constantly refreshed during every second. Also use four variables for each display digit.

Question 2: Write an HTML / Java script application that inputs a dollar amount to be printed on a check, and then prints the amount in check-protected format with leading asterisks if necessary. Assume that nine spaces are available for printing the amount.
