Problem:

Question 1: Write a paper on the DataList and GridView controls. Include in your paper a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of each control. Please ecplain in detail.

Question 2: Create a "Node" class that is templated to hold any type of data item and a pointer to another Node.

Question 3: Create a linked list class that will have "add" and display methods.

Question 4: Create a "main" program that adds 20 integers to the list in a loop and displays all the data in the list with a single call to the display method. (ie. do not use a loop for the "display" method.

Show the code, demonstrate it works properly and describe what it is doing.
