Problem:

Question 1- Create an android application with a minimum required SDK of 19. Add a java class to the package with fields for Name, Phone, and Email. Write a constructor that takes 3 arguments and gets methods for each field. I already created my application and added the java class. I need help with the fields and constructor with 3 arguments and methods for each field.

Question 2- Create a list of 25 random interest rates such that half of them are between 10% and 77% and the rest are between 80% and 99%......what function allows me to do this
