Problem:

Question- How to insert a pie chart in Excel?

I am working on a Mac and the version is 2011.
I have two columns of data I need to put in and they are not consecutive.

I have tried to--

1. Select my info (A3-A10 and G3-G10) by holding down the command key and selecting the info.
2. Gone to Charts>3-D Pie chart and it goes into my sheet.
3. From here on out, it has the borrder and the title and the legend but no data and no pie chart itself. Just an empty box with a title and legendd.

Does anyone know how to go about this search to explain it.
