They have charge of a missile, but do not want the missile launched unless: (i) the general decides to launch it, or (ii) the two colonels decide to launch it, or (iii) the five clerks to launch it, or (iv) one colonel and three clerks to launch it. Describe how you would do this with a secret sharing scheme.
