1. Write a procedure to implement the evaluate view Orientation matrix function that calculates the elements of the matrix for transforming world coordinates to viewing coordinates, given the viewing coordinate origin P0 and the view up vector V.

2. Derive the window-to-viewport transformation by first scaling the window to the size of the viewport and then translating the scaled window to the view-port position.
