Problem

1. Write a function that takes a picture as input, and make the top half of the picture black.

2. The function copy Half copied the top half of the picture into the bottom half. Write a new function copy Up Half that copies the bottom half of the picture into the top.

3. The function change Pixel performs a series of tasks like negate an image, darken the picture and reduce the green component in the same picture. Write a single function to achieve the above three operations using if /elif/else statements.
