1. Explain why the dynamic creation of processes may not be desirable in real-time systems.

2. Consider an application that is required to be accessible from any machine on a particular network. There are thousands of machines on the network, but we expect that the application will not be run by more than 10 users at any one time. Design a solution to this problem. Is the dynamic binding of modules to machines useful in this example? How can you use process migration in this application? What is your solution if you are required to have a static binding of modules to machines?
