What you need to submit:

1. Create a design brief for your presentation

2. Create your presentation including the following:

• At least two photographic image files which is related to your presentation / above given task

Task 1:

Since it's been long time all the computer systems and applications/programs were deployed, you are advised by your manager to check for the major software's used and identify for a new version and or upgrade to one of the software programs which is in use and provide him the software Analysis report which should include the followings.

What you need to submit:

• Write a report which should include:

• Current software/program in use

• Analysis of the current software

• Recommended upgrade software

• Reasons for the upgrade

• Minimum Requirement of the hardware and operating system required to install selected Software.

• Technical documentation

• Licensing requirements

• Purchase Processes

Task 2

What you need to submit:

• Create a system restore or backup point that could be utilised in the case of system malfunction

• Install / Upgrade software in a computer system, ensure to complete the installation with minimal disruption ( Screenshots required)

• Test the software to ensure that it is functioning to meet the requirements and there are no conflicts with other programs.

• Document the installation process for future reference

• Prepare a feedback form to ensure the client requirements are met and satisfied.
